Registration is now open for the third edition of LED, (Leadership Empowerment in Diversity), EDGE’s Leadership Training, designed to give professionals, managers and workers in the LGBTQIA+ world the opportunity to learn and enhance their leadership skills, generating greater personal and professional impact.
The LED will start on February 27, 2024 and run until October, with an interruption in July and August. To register or for any request for information, simply write to the email led@edge-glbt.it
The new programme will address three main themes:
- Microaggressions. Dynamics and experiences in professional contexts will be analyzed to develop neutralization strategies
- The best of me. The significance of developing the best part of oneself and what it means to be fulfilled will be explored in depth for each person
- Connect to others. You will understand how to read the context, choose allies, communicate with those who are not, and convey your state of mind to other people.
